dated decor interconnecting door
the front desk team welcomed guests with smiles.
the water took a long time to heat up at times it never really got hot. the décor feels very dated and dark the room could really use a refresh. the interconnecting doors to the next room let me clearly hear conversations and tv from the next room.

uneven stay
impractical sink empty minibar
the location was good, near the metro station.
I had issues with the bathroom sink, water splashed onto the floor every time i used it. It was not practical at all! also, the minibar was completely empty. This.

poor air conditioning crowded breakfast
The air conditioning wasn't great. I couldn't get the room temperature to a comfortable level. It was either too hot or too cold, so that was frustrating. the breakfast area was quite crowded. I found it a bit chaotic, and I had to wait for a table one morning. It wasn't a relaxing start to the day

an acceptable stay overall
clean room working air conditioning convenient location crowded breakfast small gym street noise
the room was very clean, and i appreciated that. the air conditioning worked well , maintaining a comfortable temperature. i also liked the convenient location near the metro station , it was easy to get around.
the breakfast area was often crowded . the gym was small and had limited equipment. i found the noise from the street noticeable , it disrupted my sleep.

free shuttle metro station wide selection
i found the free shuttle service to the beach very helpful. the metro station was also conveniently close, with access to various parts of the city. the breakfast offered a wide selection of foods.
the elevator sometimes took a while to arrive.

the concierge assisted efficiently with directions. the reception staff handled check-in smoothly. i got prompt responses to my inquiries (they were always polite).

the hotel features a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the rooftop pool includes about twenty loungers. there is also a shaded area beside the pool for relaxation.
